All client records are stored securely and handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APP's)
We will never share your personal information without your consent, unless required by law.
Information collected during consultations is used solely for the purpose of providing you with the best possible nutritional care.

Cancellation Policy

At Nourish With Teagan, we understand that life can get busy and unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No-shows or same day cancellations will be charged the full session fee.
Exceptions may be made for emergencies or illness - please contact us as soon as possible

Refund Policy

We are commited to providing a high level of care and service

Consultations fees are non-refundable once the session has taken place.
If you are not satisfied with your experience please contact us within 7 days so we can discuss a suitable resolution.
Refunds for prepaid packages (e.g. 3 session bundles) will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to an administration fee and deduction for used sessions.
